Pashupati Shivajee Construction was officially registered in 2073 BS. However, it has been actively engaged in Nepal’s top construction projects since 2075 BS. Under the dynamic leadership of Er. Sushil Kadariya, the company has rapidly expanded its presence across the country, delivering high-quality infrastructure and redefining Nepal’s construction landscape.
Leadership & Vision
Er. Sushil Kadariya, the current Managing Director, returned from India with a Civil Engineering degree, driven by a vision to implement modern engineering practices and transform Nepal’s infrastructure development. After returning to Nepal, he initially worked as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, and Procurement Manager at Shyam Sundar Constructions for a time period.
In 2073 BS, he founded Pashupati Shivajee Construction with just one staff member. Since then, the company has grown exponentially, now employing over 50 full-time team members and more than 500 project-based workers. Combining his theoretical expertise with hands-on experience, he has led Pashupati Shivajee Construction into an era of rapid growth and excellence.

OUR TEAM
Er. Sushil Kadariya has been leading Pashupati Shivajee Construction since its inception. The company began with a small team of just two people, operating from a rented space in the Starlight Building, Tinkune. Through dedication and strategic leadership, the company has now expanded significantly, owning its own building and employing a workforce of 50 full-time staff and over 500 additional team members.
Expansion & Global Engagement:
As the company continues to grow, Er. Sushil Kadariya is actively engaging with international stakeholders, exploring opportunities for collaboration, and forging long-term partnerships. His involvement in global summits and high-level meetings has positioned Pashupati Shivajee Construction on the international stage. He has also been invited and has presented at top summits in Brazil and Australia.
A recent highlight from his professional journey includes his repeated participation in ISE 2024 and 2025 at Barcelona, Spain, where he engaged with potential OEMs and industry leaders to enhance user-friendly solutions, duplication strategies, and after-sales services. Now moving steadily toward execution. Additionally, he is a recognized member of the USA Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Australian and Brazilian chambers of commerce.
